Manufacturing and Assembly

What we develop, we manufacture in our own workshops – ensuring full control over quality, deadlines, and costs at all times. With our experience and efficiency, we guarantee fast and precise execution of your projects.

Our production area covers approximately 700 m² with a hall height of 5.4 m. Additionally, we have around 180 m² of workshop storage space and approximately 574 m² of basement storage area. This infrastructure allows for flexible, secure, and fully documented processing – from individual parts to complex components.

Our workshop is equipped with modern machines and test benches

• Valve test bench
  For nominal sizes DN 10 to DN 400
  Test load up to 500 kN
  High-pressure water up to 600 bar
  High-pressure air up to 250 bar
• Machinery
  Bandsaw, column drilling machine, conventional lathe, CNC milling machine
  Welding technology: TIG, MAG, MIG – as well as plasma cutting equipment
• Lifting & logistics equipment
  Overhead crane up to 5 t, forklift up to 3.5 t

If needed, we also take care of on-site assembly and professionally commission the manufactured components. Our highly qualified specialists are also available for both scheduled and short-notice maintenance measures – to keep your systems running smoothly and minimize downtime.
